Wild Garlic (Ramsons)

Approx. 30 seeds.

Wild garlic is one of spring’s gentlest woodland herbs, producing broad green leaves and starry white flowers that light up shady corners. The flavour is mild, fresh and garlicky — perfect for pestos, soups and savoury dishes — and growing your own is the most sustainable way to enjoy it without disturbing wild populations.

A hardy perennial that thrives in cool, moist, humus‑rich soil, wild garlic is ideal for woodland edges, damp borders and naturalistic planting. Once established, it returns reliably each spring, slowly naturalising into soft green carpets that feed early pollinators and enrich the soil.
