Shipping policy

Delivery 

Most seed orders are shipped within 2 working days of receipt of order. Orders received after 3pm are considered to have been placed the following day. 

Orders including personalised products may take up to 10 days to process prior to shipping.  

Collie Flowers will only dispatch orders to addresses within the UK. 

Delivery charges are: £3 for orders £0 - £19.99 in value and free for orders £20 or higher. All delivery charges are added automatically to your shopping basket. All orders are sent using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. Tracking information is automatically sent to customers once we being to process your order.
