Verbascum ‘Snow Maiden’ is a statuesque perennial, reaching up to 180cm and bringing real height and elegance to the garden. It forms a striking evergreen basal rosette around 60cm across, with pointed, softly hairy mid‑green foliage that stays attractive year‑round.
In late spring and summer, substantial branched spires rise above the rosette, each one carrying large, saucer‑shaped white flowers that give ‘Snow Maiden’ its beautifully pure, luminous look. It’s an architectural plant with a gentle presence — perfect for adding structure to borders.
Flowering begins from the second year, rewarding a little patience with impressive scale and serene, snowy blooms.
