Sunflower ‘Red Sun’
Approx. 20 seeds.
‘Red Sun’ is a striking, multi‑headed sunflower with rich red‑bronze petals that glow in late‑summer light. The flowers have a warm, velvety depth that stands out beautifully against green foliage, making it a superb choice for borders, wildlife‑friendly planting and dramatic cutting displays. Each plant produces multiple blooms, giving a long season of colour.
Easy, fast and reliable, this variety thrives in full sun and well‑drained soil, reaching a good height without becoming unruly. It’s excellent for attracting bees and pollinators, and the seed heads can be left on in autumn for birds. A brilliant option for gardeners who want something a little different from the classic yellow types.
