Squash ‘Uchiki Kuri’, often called the onion squash for its distinctive shape, has bright orange skin and flesh with a rich, nutty flavour. It’s perfect for roasting — whether for warm salads, Sunday roasts or autumn suppers — and brings beautiful colour to the kitchen as well as the garden.
This variety matures from late summer through to autumn, producing reliable fruits that store well for up to five months when kept warm and dry. A brilliant choice for winter cooking and for bridging the colder months with homegrown produce.
