Sqash, Custard White (Patty Pan)

Squash ‘Custard White’ is a bright, creamy‑white patty‑pan squash that produces generous crops of saucer‑shaped fruits with beautifully scalloped edges. The flavour is delicate and mild, making it a lovely choice for grilling, roasting or slicing into summer salads.

Best eaten fresh, the fruits don’t store for long (2 weeks max.), so pick them young and enjoy them regularly through the season. Plants are vigorous and productive, thriving in a sunny, sheltered spot and rewarding you with a steady supply of tender summer squash.
