Salad Onion ‘Eiffel’ is a White Lisbon–type spring onion with distinctive stiff, upright leaves that make it less susceptible to disease during challenging parts of the season. It’s slow to bulb — especially in the long days of summer — which gives you a longer harvest window and beautifully slender stems.
A versatile variety, ‘Eiffel’ is ideal for spring and summer production, but with a little care it can also overwinter, extending your supply of fresh onions well into the colder months.
