An excellent flavoured traditional Italian variety of Calabrese (broccoli) which is quick to mature. Can be harvested over a long period as after the initial central head, smaller side shoots will follow. When growing Broccoli, choose a sheltered position in firm, rich fertile, well drained soil in full sun. Prepare the soil in spring by adding well rotted manure to improve structure and fertility.
