Collie Flowers Rainbow Mix of Beetroot brings together five superb varieties to give you a colourful, flavour‑packed harvest. The mix includes ‘Boltardy’, ‘Boldor’, ‘Avalanche’, ‘Red Ace’ and the Italian heirloom ‘Chioggia Barbabietola’, offering deep reds, golden roots, crisp whites and striking pink‑and‑white rings.
Each variety has been chosen for its reliability, sweetness and versatility in the kitchen. Grow them together for a vibrant crop that’s perfect for roasting, pickling, grating into salads or enjoying as tender baby beets. Sow little and often for a steady supply throughout the season.
