Radish ‘Malaga’ is a beautifully unusual variety, producing mostly round — occasionally slightly oblong — roots in a deep plum‑purple shade. The rich skin contrasts strikingly with the snow‑white flesh, often tinged with violet, making it a standout both in the garden and the kitchen.
The flavour is mild, and the roots stay firm and crisp over a long season, offering reliable harvests from early summer onwards. Like many radishes, it may bolt in the heat of mid‑summer, so regular watering and timely picking help keep roots at their best.
