Radish, China Rose

Radish ‘China Rose’ is a striking late‑season variety with bright pink skin, crisp white flesh and a sweet‑yet‑pungent flavour that brings real character to the kitchen. The elongated roots average 6–8cm and have a crunchy texture that’s delicious raw or lightly cooked. Even the leaves are edible, adding a pleasantly bitter note to salads and stews.
