Broccoli ‘Rudolph’ is an extra‑early purple sprouting variety, producing large, high‑quality spears from late January onwards. It’s a brilliant choice for extending the harvest season, offering reliable winter and early‑spring cropping when little else is ready.
Plants thrive in full sun, and regular picking helps prevent them running to seed. Harvesting the central spear first encourages strong side‑shoot production, giving you a longer, more abundant crop.
