Perpetual Spinach isn’t a true spinach, but it’s used in exactly the same way — and is far more resilient. Also known as Spinach Beet, it’s winter‑hardy, slow to bolt and doesn’t run to seed in dry conditions, making it a brilliant, reliable choice for year‑round greens.
Plants produce a generous mass of mid‑green leaves with slender stems, and although germination can be a little slow, they mature in around 65 days and provide a long, productive harvest window. Ideal for continual picking and perfect for salads, sautés and all your usual spinach dishes.
