Pea ‘Kelvedon Wonder’ is a hugely popular and reliable variety, ideal for successional sowing and producing heavy crops of small, sweet, beautifully flavoured peas. Compact and easy to manage, plants reach around 45cm tall, making them perfect for smaller gardens, raised beds and allotments alike.
For the very best flavour, pick the pods young and cook them within 30 minutes of harvesting — this preserves their natural sweetness before the sugars begin to turn to starch.
