Pak Choi, Red F1

Pak Choi ‘Red F1’ produces beautifully flavoured leaves that develop a rich red tinge as the plant matures, bringing both colour and taste to the veg patch. It has good disease resistance and can be harvested leaf‑by‑leaf, allowing the plant to keep growing and providing a steady supply of fresh greens.

You can use the whole plant when it reaches around 10cm tall, or grow it on for larger individual leaves. Its striking colour makes it a standout addition to salads and stir‑fries. Pak Choi can be eaten raw for a mild, crisp bite, but develops a more pronounced, spicy flavour when cooked.
