Lemon Balm is a fragrant, bushy herb with a similar growth habit to mint — vigorous, generous and best grown in a pot or contained space if you don’t want it wandering. The leaves have a bright, strong lemon flavour and are brilliant for teas, salads, baking and adding a fresh citrus note to cooked dishes.
Plants reach around 70 cm tall and thrive in full sun, producing small nectar‑rich flowers that are excellent for attracting bees and other pollinators. Easy to grow and wonderfully aromatic, it’s a must‑have herb for any kitchen garden.
