Kohl Rabi ‘Green Delicacy’ forms smooth, pale‑green bulbs with crisp, pure‑white flesh and a fine, mild flavour. Harvest when they reach around tennis‑ball size for the best texture — juicy, crunchy and perfect for slicing into salads, roasting or enjoying raw.
A member of the brassica family, kohl rabi develops its swollen stem just above soil level, creating a vegetable with a texture similar to water chestnut and a flavour reminiscent of a gentle, sweeter turnip. It’s quick to grow, reliable and a brilliant addition to any veg patch.
