Daucus carota
Approx. 40 seeds.
Also known as Queen Anne’s Lace, is the wild ancestor of the domestic carrot and a familiar sight in dry fields, verges and open spaces. Its delicate, lacy umbels and fine foliage make it a favourite for naturalistic planting and cutting gardens.
‘Purple Kisses’ produces a beautiful mix of crimson and white blooms, creating an airy, elegant effect both in the garden and in the vase. This variety is wonderfully drought tolerant, highly attractive to bees and other pollinators, and makes an exceptional filler flower thanks to its light, textural stems.
