Coriander
Standard pack: 50 seeds.
Known for for generous leaf production, while still giving you beautifully aromatic seeds later in the season. The fresh leaves are perfect for salads, salsas and countless Asian dishes, while the dried seeds add warmth and citrusy depth to curries, chutneys and even soft cheeses. It’s also commonly known as Chinese or Indian parsley.
Coriander prefers cooler conditions, so sow little and often for a steady supply, and give plants some shade in hot weather to help prevent bolting. Allow a few plants to mature fully if you’d like to harvest your own seeds — they’re wonderfully fragrant when freshly dried.
