Celeriac ‘Asterix’
Standard pack: 50 seeds.
Forms neat, globular roots with a slightly flattened base and medium‑green foliage. It stores well, holds its shape in cooking and is packed with rich, earthy flavour.
Harvest from October onwards, lifting as needed through autumn. Celeriac is wonderful roasted, grated raw in coleslaw, or mashed together with potatoes for a creamy, savoury side.
