Celeriac, Asterix F1

Celeriac ‘Asterix’ forms neat, globular roots with a slightly flattened base and medium‑green foliage. It stores well, holds its shape in cooking and is packed with rich, earthy flavour.

Harvest from late September onwards, lifting as needed through autumn. Celeriac is wonderful roasted, grated raw in colesale, or mashed together with potatoes for a creamy, savoury side.
