The mix includes ‘Boltardy’, ‘Boldor’, ‘Avalanche’, ‘Red Ace’ and the Italian heirloom ‘Chioggia Barbabietola’, offering deep reds, golden roots, crisp whites and striking pink‑and‑white rings.
