Beetroot, Pablo F1

Pablo is an excellent deep red beetroot can be harvested young as a tender baby beet or grown on to produce full‑sized, smooth globe roots. The flesh is sweet, rich in colour and holds its shape beautifully, making it a reliable choice for roasting, pickling or slicing fresh into salads.

Plants are easy to grow and produce uniform, round roots with consistently good flavour. Sow little and often for a steady supply through the season, and thin seedlings early to give each plant room to develop. Its sweet, smooth flesh makes it particularly good for salads and simple dishes where the quality of the beetroot really shines.
