Artichoke ‘Green Globe’

Produces large, dark‑green heads with a tender, flavourful heart — a real delicacy when harvested young. The plants themselves are striking, with bold, thistle‑like foliage that looks just as at home in a flower border as it does in the veg patch.
A hardy perennial, it can crop for up to four years, reaching an impressive 150–200cm tall. Harvest the flower buds before they open for the best texture and taste.

- Germination : 14 - 21 days
- Harvest: Year 2 onwards, May to August
- Height: to 200cm | Spread: to 60cm
