Ammi majus
Standard pack: 150 seeds.
Also known as Bishop’s Flower, produces delicate white umbels that float above the border and add a soft, airy feel to any planting scheme. The lacy flower heads sit on tall, elegant stems and mix beautifully with cottage‑garden favourites, grasses and summer perennials.
It’s a brilliant cut flower, long‑lasting in the vase and perfect for adding lightness and texture to bouquets. Ammi majus also dries well, holding its shape and colour for arrangements later in the year.
Easy to grow from seed, this annual thrives in full sun and well‑drained soil, reaching around 90–120cm tall. It flowers over a long season and is loved by bees, hoverflies and other beneficial insects, making it a great choice for wildlife‑friendly gardens.
