1. Check your order status

Find your order confirmation email from Collie Flowers and click the "View your order" link. This takes you directly to your personal order status page, where you can see fulfilment progress, tracking numbers, and estimated delivery dates.

2. Track with your carrier

Once your order has been dispatched, your confirmation email will include a tracking number. Use the link below to track directly with the carrier:

Not sure which carrier delivered your parcel? Check your dispatch confirmation email — the carrier name and tracking number are listed there.
